• If you decide to return a product for reasons unrelated to any issue on our part, a return fee of AED 30 will apply. This fee helps cover the logistics and handling involved in the return process.
• In cases where the return is necessitated by our mistake, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect product, we will fully cover the return shipping fees.

 

2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
• The request for return or refund must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unaltered, and in perfect condition.
• The product must be returned in its original sealed packaging.
• You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.

 

3. Return Process
Initiating a return or exchange is a straightforward process:

• Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue. Feel free to attach relevant photographs, if applicable.
• Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, including providing shipping instructions.
• Ship the product back to us according to the provided instructions.
• Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.

 

4. Refund Options
For eligible refunds, you have the option to receive the refund as a credit to the original payment method (e.g., credit card) or as store credit. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued exclusively as store credit.
